This open-plan Yaletown office started with a tired, cracked and pitted concrete slab beneath its original timber ceiling. We ground the floor back, repaired and prepped the surface, then finished it as a seamless, densified and sealed polished concrete floor. The result is a durable, low-maintenance surface with a soft satin sheen — the raw shell reborn as a bright, contemporary workspace.
